One Piece: 8 Strongest Yonko Commanders Without Devil Fruits, Ranked

Devil Fruits are treasures of the sea that are common throughout the world of One Piece, especially in the Grand Line and the New World. Most of the One Piece characters who are very strong have Devil Fruit abilities at their disposal, and they utilize them in various ways to crush their enemies who are standing in their paths.

While Devil Fruit users are very common, they are not the only strong individuals. On the sea, there are many powerful characters that do not possess Devil Fruits and are still very powerful. Among the Yonko Commanders too, the vast majority are dominated by Devil Fruit users, but there are also others who, despite not having any fruit, command incredible presence as well as boast very high levels of strength.

The Yonko crews are the strongest on the Grand Line, and they have some of the best haki users in One Piece.

Jinbe is the latest recruit of the Straw Hat Pirates and one of the strongest commanders under Luffy. He does not have any Devil Fruit ability and relies on Fishman Karate in combat. Jinbe is also a strong user of Haki of both Observation and Armament types.

In the Wano Country arc, Jinbe defeated Who's Who, and in Elbaf he has done well to stop some of Imu's strong attacks. Jinbe is very strong defensively, without having a Devil Fruit, and is respected all over the world. He has also previously dealt some damage to the likes of Big Mom, which goes to show that he is a force of nature in combat.
