Ocarina Of Time Remake Ad Shows Dark Link For The First Time

A new advert shared by Nintendo’s Japanese YouTube account has given us our first look at Dark Link in The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time remake.

Although we’ve certainly seen a lot of what the Ocarina of Time remake has to offer over the past few months thanks to the stacked Direct reveal, recent previews, and a lengthy overview trailer, there’s still plenty that’s being saved for the final game. Adult Link’s side of the game in particular is one that Nintendo has been a little cagier about showing.

That’s just changed a little thanks to a new advert that’s just been released by Nintendo. The brief trailer focuses on some of the enemies that Link will find himself going up against, including a very quick look at the remade version of one of the most iconic enemies from the original game - Dark Link.

As pointed out by Nintendo Life, a new advert for the Ocarina of Time remake was shared on Nintendo’s Japanese YouTube channel. At just 30 seconds, it’s incredibly fast-paced, but there’s one scene in particular that stands out from the rest, as we get to see Link going up against Dark Link and being trolled as he stands on his sword.

I played the Ocarina of Time remake weeks ago, and I haven’t been able to stop thinking about it since.

Even though the doppelganger is only in the trailer for just over a second, we get a pretty good look at the more menacing vibes he has in the remake.
