In My Hero Academia, not all Quirk users are created equal. Some users are bestowed with incredibly powerful Quirks. Some other characters are talented, but are let down by their less-than-desirable Quirks. Meanwhile, a small group of characters is blessed with both talent and an overpowered Quirk, which eventually turns them into God-level users of Quirk powers in My Hero Academia.
Physically, Eri is far from being one of the strongest Quirk users of My Hero Academia, but simply by the nature of her Quirk, known as Rewind, which allows her to reverse the stats of a living being, she is a God-level user of Quirk in the My Hero Academia world. To be able to Rewind the body of a specific target isn't a power to be underestimated. It has massive healing properties, with the capacity to fix any injury, but it also has offensive advantages.
For one, Overhaul exploited Eri’s abilities to create bullets that could temporarily negate a person's Quirk. That power by itself is quite broken, but Eri can even rewind a person's body far enough to turn them back into a baby or to erase their existence as a whole. Eri is still quite young, even in the latest My Hero Academia one-shot, "I Am a Hero Too," and she has the potential to be one of the greatest Heroes and Quirk Users of all time in the series.
Star and Stripes, also known by her real name Cathleen Bate, is one of MHA’s strongest Heroes.
