Meta Connect 2026: Meta Unveils Seven New AI Devices

Meta Connect 2026 showed how Meta wants people to use AI beyond phones and computers. The company announced seven new products at the event, ranging from strapless Meta VR Glasses, camera-free Ray-Ban Meta Audio glasses, a refreshed Ray-Ban Meta Gen 3, a budget-friendly Meta Adventurer, an expanded Meta Ray-Ban Display, glasses-bound Muse AI, and a pocket-sized AI companion called Muse Charm. 

The event was scheduled for September 23-24 at Meta's headquarters, and the tech giant confirmed it is now more focused on smart glasses as next-gen computing platforms and not headsets. This vision now costs USD 249 to USD 1,299 for everyone to access. 

The Ray-Ban Meta Gen 3 comes with a 12MP camera, 3K video recording, and up to nine hours of battery life. It starts at USD 449 in the US. Ray-Ban Meta Audio is Meta’s first camera-free audio glasses. They weigh 43 grams, offer up to 12 hours of use, and start at USD 349. Meta says these glasses can handle calls, music, and AI requests without making users reach for their phones.

The bigger move is the size of the lineup. Meta is not betting on one expensive pair of glasses. It is adding different designs, features, and prices.

Meta said that its Ray-Ban, Oakley and Meta Glasses range will cross 100 styles by the end of 2026. The company is also adding new markets, designs and lower-priced options. Its new Meta Adventurer starts at USD 249, giving Meta a cheaper entry point.
