Magic: The Gathering’s Star Trek Booster Box Just Dropped To Its Lowest Price Ever

Magic: The Gathering continues to make waves with its crossovers, and following Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Marvel Super Heroes, and The Hobbit this year, Star Trek is arriving.

The latest set feels like it’ll pick up where Edge of Eternities, Magic’s in-universe space opera set, left off, and if you’ve been waiting to preorder, then good news: Amazon is currently offering a Play Booster box for the latest set at a 33% discount.

That means you can snap up a Play Booster Box, with 30 packs included, for just $139.99 - a steep drop from the $209.70 MSRP that Universes Beyond Play Booster Boxes usually ship for.

To break it down further, you’re bringing the price of each pack down from $6.99 (the standard price you’d pay in a store) to just $4.66.

It’s worth noting that, at the time of writing, Collector Boosters are still sold out everywhere. Those are the packs likely to have the most valuable cards in the set, but Play Boosters will allow you to assemble a Starfleet of your very own (see what we did there?).

Interesting, Amazon also has discounts on three out of four of the upcoming Commander decks for the Star Trek set, too. Landing Party has dropped from $74.99 to $69.82, while Klingon Fury and We Are The Borg have done the same. That means it’s only Federation Fleet holding firm at its original MSRP.

And, for the eagle-eyed readers among you, you’ll notice that the Play Booster Box was previously reduced by 19% .
