Few villains in The Lord of the Rings are as terrifying as the Nazgul, the nine Ringwraiths who serve Sauron and relentlessly pursue Frodo throughout his journey across Middle-earth, and a new release focuses on how terrifying the Witch-king of Angmar truly is. Once mortal kings, the Ringwraiths have become some of the most recognizable enemies in J.R.R. Tolkien's fantasy universe, particularly thanks to Peter Jackson's film adaptations. Their appearances are already unsettling enough, but the moment Frodo puts on the One Ring and sees what lies beneath their dark robes is arguably even more disturbing. It's a brief glimpse into their true nature, and one of the most memorable scenes in The Fellowship of the Ring.
