The Master Sword will unlock once you've obtained all three Spiritual Stones:
Acquire the Kokiri Sword and Deku Shield, then head toward the Great Deku Tree.
Obtain the Goron Bracelet from Goron City, then use a Bomb Flower to open the path to Dodongo's Cavern on the Death Mountain Trail.
Head to Zora Domain and find Ruto's bottle to move King Zora out of the way, then use the bottle to catch a fish and offer it to Jabu-Jabu.
With the three Spiritual Stones obtained, return to Hyrule Castle, where you will enter a cutscene with a fleeing Princess Zelda and Impa. After your confrontation with Ganondorf, dive into the moat to pick up Zelda's Ocarina of Time.
Enter Hyrule Castle Town and go east of the fountain to find the Temple of Time . Head inside toward the altar with the locked door.
