How to Get the Bastion Phantom Edge in Phantom Blade Zero

Bastion in Phantom Blade Zero is a shield-type Phantom Edge that will help players both in combat and in traversing through booby-trapped areas. It's also a great Phantom Edge for players who prefer having their shield come up during combat, especially in some of the tougher boss fights. Here's a complete guide on how you can get the Bastion Phantom Edge.

From starting weapons to powerful boss rewards, here's where to find every weapon in Phantom Blade Zero.

To get the Bastion Phantom Edge in Phantom Blade Zero, players will need to progress to the third region called "The Village of Lu." Right after you beat the Crimson Forest's final boss, Bai Chilian, Lady of the Twin Serpents, you'll arrive at the Place of Awakening bell at the outskirts of the village.

After that, make your way up to Old Man Gen's house, and you should be able to see a large boss arena near it and start a fight with Zhuo Bi, the Gatekeeper. The boss's shield can prove to be problematic, so make sure to equip either a two-handed weapon or anything with high shield-breaking power. Dread Axe is also my personal favorite, as it chipped down the boss's Sha-Chi gauge quickly.

Once you defeat Zhuo Bi, the Gatekeeper boss, you'll get its shield as a Phantom Edge, Bastion in Phantom Blade Zero . Now, you can either equip it in your Phantom Edge slot to use during combat, or simply use it as a traversal Phantom Edge only .
