How to Get 5-Star Sustainability in Planet Zoo 2

It takes a lot of power to run everything you need to have in a zoo. There are shops for the visitors, filters, coolers, and heaters for the animals, speakers that teach people about the animals, and so much more. You can power all this in a more sustainable way in Planet Zoo 2. If you want to get your zoo's sustainability rating up, there are a few tweaks you'll need to make.

Career mode and franchise mode have different ways to unlock more animals. Here's what you need to do in Planet Zoo 2.

Sustainability means running your zoo in a way that protects nature and cuts down on the use of limited resources. For this, you will want to balance your zoo's setup with its power supply. Here's how:

When you're in your zoo, you can check your sustainability rating by clicking the Management tab on the bar at the bottom of the screen. In the upper right-hand corner of the overview menu that pops up is the Zoo Reputation section.

This includes star ratings for animal husbandry, sustainability, guest education, and guest experience. When you hover over the sustainability rating, a box will pop up telling you if you need to improve your bin placement or power sources.

As your zoo grows, it can be easy to forget to place the little things like trash cans and recycling bins. Not only do these items keep your zoo clean and guests happy, but having recycling bins in high-traffic areas also increases your sustainability rating.
