How To Beat The Divine Healer In Phantom Blade Zero

Some of the hardest bosses in Phantom Blade Zero have a large area, multiple phases, and cutscenes in between them. However, some boss fights aren't nearly as glorious, seem trivial, and yet, they can be just as annoying if you don't know what you're doing. The Xie Qiudong, The Divine Healer is one such Boss.

What seems like a super-easy fight is made more difficult than it has any right to be, mainly because of how many enemies there are, and the constant healing this boss does. If you're struggling with this fight, you won't be for long, because you've come to the right place.

If you made it to this fight, you may be wondering what is even going on, so allow us to explain: When you enter the area, you'll see a bunch of enemies, mostly regular ones, and a few enemies that are being held (drained) by the red strings you've been seeing everywhere. Above the arena is Xie Qiudoing, who is healing everyone.

If you try to fight any of the enemies that are attacking you, you'll quickly realize that they are being fully healed by the Divine Healer, no matter how many times you try. Obviously, what you need to do is disable the healing, but that's easier said than done, especially when you have a bunch of ranged and a tough melee enemy at your tail who are getting healed constantly.

First, you need to defeat the six enemies that are being held by the red strings around the arena.
