To get the Perfect Ending, you need to focus on completing the story quests marked with purple icons in the quest tab. These quests often continue across multiple regions, meaning that completing one objective does not necessarily finish the entire quest. You should also complete as many side quests as possible, especially those involving major NPCs, as these can affect the regular ending.

Several of these quests require backtracking. For example, you must explore Crimson Manor after finding all three portals during The Herald's Illusion, while accessing Mountain of Imprisonment requires you to gather all the pieces of the Illusory Pipa.

You should also focus on the Long Pillars found in certain regions. These are associated with the Gold-Masked One encounters during the Bloodline Awakening quest. The later stages of Secrets at the Heart of the Lake require you to find all four Acolyte Masks , which you can use in the northwestern part of Meigu Lake to open the path to the Phantom Illusionist Realm.
