Dressmaker is full of different unlockable patterns, fabrics, and accessories to make just about any gown you can imagine. With that freedom, players have created a myriad of dresses inspired by their own looks, real runway designs, and even those belonging to some of our favorite characters.

After an undisclosed number of hours with this game, I decided to try my hand at recreating some of my favorite characters' outfits to see what I could come up with and test the limits of Dressmaker. The results ended up being a bit like a museum of character outfits. That said, I hadn't beaten the game when making some of these, so I was missing a few items, but I think I had enough to work with.

For this list, the dresses are labeled in descending order from easiest to hardest. Factors that went into that decision include the amount of time, out-of-the-box thinking, and materials put into each one.

This dress is the simplest one I've done by far, and was kind of my first attempt at making something based on a specific source. Despite how iconic Lady Dimitrescu is, her dress is surprisingly lackluster.

It's entirely white, though a bit dingy-looking considering she's from a horror game, and has a simple bodice and skirt that doesn't have any real defined structure. For that reason, it was relatively easy to replicate, and the game luckily featured patterns that closely resembled the design. I did, however, take my screenshots from a low angle to give it the full Lady Dimitrescu effect.
