It's only taken two episodes for Dragon Ball Super: Beerus to rehabilitate the original anime's image. Every single flaw in the first five episodes of Dragon Ball Super has been corrected, with new scenes added to enhance the series' atmosphere and filler removed in order to keep the pace tight. Despite only being three episodes in, the Battle of Gods Saga is already setting up its endgame and there's a very real chance Super Saiyan God could be introduced by Episode 4.
With Goku losing to Beerus in Episode 2 (albeit not as badly as he lost in either the original Dragon Ball Super anime or Toyotarou's manga), the God of Destruction is now headed to Earth. Humanity's most reliable warrior after Goku, Vegeta will need to put his pride and life on the line as Beerus slowly worms his way into Bulma's birthday part. Dragon Ball Super: Beerus Episode 3 will notably be the first time in the remake where Vegeta will be the proper main character, and there's a real chance the whole episode will be told form his perspective.
From mastering God Ki all by himself to mutating the transformation in ways not even Goku can, Vegeta is the Ultimate super Saiyan Blue master.
With the Battle of Gods arc already entering its endgame, Dragon Ball Super: Beerus Episode 3 will be available for streaming on Crunchyroll with English subtitles on October 25, 2026 at 7:15 AM PT / 10:15 AM ET.
