Dragon Ball: 8 Strongest Versions of Goten in the Multiverse, Ranked

Goku has one of the most powerful families in the Dragon Ball franchise. His father Bardock was the strongest Lower Class Saiyan of his era, his son Gohan is currently the most powerful Z-Fighter, and his granddaughter Pan has more potential than any other character in the series – and then there's Goten.

Across the multiverse, Goten often struggles to live up to the Son family name. Goten has an amazing amount of natural talent hidden within him, but there are only a few timelines where he actually lives up to his full potential. The strongest versions of Goten prove that he could be one of Dragon Ball’s greatest martial artists if he just cared a little bit more.

The most powerful Legendary Super Saiyans in Dragon Ball are warriors unlike any other, capable of fighting non-stop.

With the exception of Wrath of the Dragon, the last few Dragon Ball Z movies were made with the expectation that Gohan and Goten would indeed become the series' main characters as Toriyama set up at the start of the Majin Buu Saga. In order to really spotlight Goten, Toei went all out with his presence in the DBZ movies.

He's essentially the real main character for most of Broly – The Second Coming , is the co-lead alongside Trunks in Bio-Broly , and plays a supporting role in both Fusion Reborn and Wrath of the Dragon .
