According to Dragon Ball lore, only a handful of Saiyans survived the destruction of Planet Vegeta, and Raditz was one of them. He is Goku's older brother, and like most Saiyans, he possessed superhuman physical traits and the ability to wield Ki as a weapon. Raditz is now regarded as one of the Dragon Ball franchise's weakest villains, but he could still wipe the floor with other anime heroes.

Most anime heroes who don't stand a chance against Raditz are considered top-tier fighters in their respective universes. One of these heroes is among the strongest ninjas in history, while another is on his way to becoming a legendary pirate. Raditz can destroy most of these anime heroes with simple melee attacks, but others can be obliterated by his Ki attacks.
