For the Power Lines quest in Control Resonant, it's recommended that players unlock the "Extended Rush" ability from the skill tree. This will make solving all the puzzles easier.

While descending the Perimeter subway station, you'll come across an open shop with a charged battery. Strike this battery and carry this charge all the way down to the subway tracks. After descending the staircase, walk across the platform and step onto the tracks, heading into the tunnel in front of you.

Strike the battery on the tracks to power the door beside it. You'll find the first calibration unit inside. Carry it and bring it to the Tuning Device.

Directly opposite the tunnel you were just in, there's another mold-infested tunnel that you can enter to find the second Calibration Unit.

Head up the second set of stairs leading up to a mold-infested corridor to find the third and final Calibration Unit.

Place the first Calibration Unit into the yellow square right next to the Tuning Device.
