He was the one who started spreading chakra around as he traveled and taught people the art of ninshu to connect with them. Over the years, ninshu was corrupted and used to create ninjutsu, which ended up becoming a weapon to wield in combat. Thus, the shinobi were born for the very first time. Since then, shinobi culture has developed so much that each country has its own shinobi village, which serves as its primary military unit. In the age of Boruto, there was peace in the ninja world as long as Naruto Uzumaki reigned.
