If you play the Career mode with the Authentic gameplay in its raw form without any changes to the sliders, you might get bored of the slow-paced gameplay. If you want FC 27 to feel like previous entries with more energy, then you can follow the slider settings I've attached below, which add more pace (and spice) without it being on the Competitive level.

The players still have weight, the movements are slower than in competitive mode, and the dribbling isn't overpowered. However, the gameplay flow feels smoother, and it does gain speed when it should.

These free agents can be signed practically for free in FC 27's Career Mode, helping your team push up the table.

After creating your manager career and getting to the hub screen, switch to the Customize tab and select Settings. The Match settings are all personal preference. I play at the Legendary difficulty level, and I can guarantee that you will get a fair challenge with the slider settings below, but you can set the difficulty level to anything you want.

The main part is the Game Type Settings. So, switch to this tab and set the slider values similar to the following:

We don't want to make the game super speedy like the competitive version, but we also don't want it to take ages when a player decides to run. The Sprint Speed of 45 may not seem like a big change, but every single unit in these sliders actually has a sensible impact on the game.
