Pokemon TCG Pocket took the world by storm when it was released in October of 2024, with tens of millions of people downloading the game in the first month alone. Since then, a wealth of new content has been added to the popular mobile title, including a seemingly endless stream of new packs, promo cards, and events.

Although there are sometimes surprise additions, the Pokemon TCG Pocket schedule is fairly predictable when it comes to new cards and content. Each month, players can look forward to a special drop event, two new wonder pick cards, and, near the very end of the month, a new expansion or themed booster pack.
The following guide uses information provided by both dataminers and the game's developers. Given the former, it may contain some mild spoilers.
Team Rocket's Ambition is the 23rd Pokemon TCG Pocket set and introduces 110 new cards to the popular trading card game.
September begins with Team Rocket’s Special Assignments , which will award players with tickets that can be used to purchase Team Rocket-themed accessories. The Team Rocket’s Ambition Emblem Event and September's Community Week Missions will also take place around this time. During the second half of the month, you can look forward to a Team Rocket's Lapras Drop Event , followed by a Fennekin and Meowstic Wonder Pick Event . The B4b Themed Booster Pack should be released on September 29 for North American players, with early signs suggesting that we'll be getting a new Deluxe Pack ex with cards from all of the B sets, although this has yet to be officially confirmed.
