All New Games Added To PlayStation Plus In 2026

Updated October 20, 2026, by Mark Sammut: The new PS Plus Extra games for October are now rolling out, so you have fresh stuff to play. Also, check out the games that leave PS Plus today.

PlayStation Plus adds new games each month, with more than a dozen typically becoming available. Recent 2026 PS Plus games have included Helldivers 2, Rise of the Ronin, and Final Fantasy 16, along with a bunch of gems like Slitterhead, Hell is Us, and Citizen Sleeper 2: Starward Vector. Basically, if you just want to make sure you have something new to play each month, PS Plus Extra has you covered in spades.

In this article, I chronicle all the hundreds of games that have been added to PS Plus since this tier system was introduced a couple of years ago, and the list will only grow further in the future. So, what are the latest new PS Plus games?

PS Plus Extra includes a catalog featuring hundreds of games. Extra focuses exclusively on PS5 and PS4 titles, expanding its library monthly with roughly 10 new additions. Unlike Essential, PS Plus Extra games continue to be available indefinitely, although a few titles are removed each month.

PS Plus Extra's 2026 free games have generally been solid, with each month containing at least a couple of exciting prospects. While maybe not reaching the heights of some of its recent predecessors, the October 2026 lineup is overall pretty darn solid, with a couple of true highlights.
