The Gunsmith is a unique addition to Modern Warfare 4 | DMZ that allows you to create and customize weapon loadouts to bring into each deployment. While these weapons might give you an edge over the many enemies and Operators you will face in Hajin, they're also at risk of being stolen from you by rival players. Here's what you need to know about creating weapon loadouts and unlocking blueprints for DMZ.
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 DMZ makes it tricky to unlock weapons. Here is how to find Weapon Manuals to unlock guns for the Gunsmith.
The Gunsmith unlocks at DMZ Player Level 10, and it's where you can craft weapons to bring into each deployment without having to rely on loot you find in Hain or through free loadouts.
At the Gunsmith, you can spend DMZ Cash on purchasing weapons and adding attachments, which unlock after leveling up your guns by using them in deployments (weapon levels are also shared with multiplayer). Not every weapon will be unlocked at the Gunsmith, as you will need to find its Weapon Manual randomly in Hajin.
Purchased weapons can only have a total of 5 attachments, and the DMZ Cash price increases with each attachment you try to equip. If you die with said weapon, it's gone for good, so make sure you're ready to splash the cash on something useful to counter PvP players looking for your loot.
You can also purchase your Blueprints, acquired from Prestige or the Store.
