TL;DR Amazon’s Alexa for Shopping can now handle over 100 shopping-related tasks through simple conversations.

You can manage subscriptions, create shopping lists, track refunds, update delivery instructions, and check Prime benefits.

All US Amazon customers can access the new features in the Shopping app and on the desktop website.

Shopping on Amazon is easy when you know what you want. But what about everything that comes afterward? Maybe you need to skip a subscription delivery, check on a refund that’s taking longer than expected, or change where a package should be left.

These aren’t complicated tasks, but finding the right option in Amazon’s app can sometimes be a hassle. Thankfully, Amazon is making things easier with a major update to its AI shopping assistant.
