The One Who Hears the Voice is the 2nd Ascension quest in Aion 2 where Asahr summons your character to the Dream Crossroad in order to help them ascend to the next level. However, when players try to track this quest, they’ll find that there are no quest markers showing you where to go, and the red quest objective does not show anywhere on the world map, leading to some confusion about how to complete this.
