Wealth management startup Zomint has raised Rs 36 crore ($3.75 million) in a seed round from Lightspeed and Prime Venture Partners.
The proceeds will be used to expand its wealth and investment teams, strengthen its technology platform and build its investor education ecosystem.
Founded in September 2025 by Aman Mittal and Shavir Bansal, Zomint offers wealth management services to working professionals and families. Investors can start with a monthly SIP of Rs 25,000 or a lump sum investment of Rs 5 lakh.
Zomint assigns each family a personal wealth expert who tracks their investments and financial goals. The expert is supported by investment research and AI tools that bring together portfolio information, past conversations and research, flag areas that need attention and track agreed actions.
The firm claims it has retained 97% of its clients since launch, despite market volatility. Nearly one in three clients made additional investments through the platform within three months of their initial engagement. Its relationship managers currently serve more than 250 families each, supported by investment specialists and AI enabled tools.
Zomint acquired its customers entirely through organic content, using the founders’ financial content platform Bekifaayati, which has more than 50 lakh subscribers.
