D2C personal care brand Nat Habit has raised Rs 142.6 crore (about $15 million) in a Series C funding round led by Trident Growth Partners to expand its offline distribution network, introduce new products and strengthen its manufacturing capabilities.
The all-primary round saw participation from existing investors Bertelsmann India Investments, Mirabilis Investment Trust and Sharrp Ventures, alongside new investors Physis Capital and Hero Family Office.
ISN was the first to report on Nat Habit's fundraise talks on February 17, 2026.
With this round of funding, Nat Habit plans to increase its offline retail presence from approximately 20,000 stores to 2 lakh over the next three years, while strengthening its distribution across general trade, modern trade and quick commerce platforms. The expansion will also involve entering new cities, increasing its workforce and reaching consumers beyond its existing customer base.
The startup has primarily targeted relatively affluent and educated consumers but is now looking to reach what it describes as the “Bharat consumer”. Its strategy includes changes to product pack sizes and marketing communication to make its offerings more accessible to households across different income groups.
“Our ambition now is to make our products accessible to many more households across India,” said cofounder Swagatika Das.
Alongside distribution, Nat Habit plans to expand its manufacturing capacity from approximately 1 million units to 5 million units a month over the next two years.
The startup currently operates a manufacturing facility in Gurugram and is considering additional production facilities to support rising demand. It also intends to invest in research, formulation and new product categories, including sunscreens, serums, body washes and hair colour.
