Healthtech startup Confido Health has raised $12.5 million in a Series A funding round led by Z47, with participation from existing investors Together Fund and Blume Ventures. The round follows a $10 million Series A round announced in September.
The startup had previously raised $3 million in a seed round led by Together Fund in December 2024.
The proceeds will be used to scale its AI platform for healthcare operations, Confido Health said in a press release.
Founded in 2022 by Chetan Reddy and Vichar Shroff, Confido Health develops AI agents to manage tasks such as appointment scheduling, insurance verification and care coordination. The agents integrate with existing healthcare systems through no-code deployment, with the company claiming a setup time of less than five minutes.
Confido Health said its platform integrates with more than 50 systems, including electronic health records, practice management, phone, billing and fax systems, without requiring healthcare providers to change their existing technology stack.
The company said it operates across more than 1,500 care sites, primarily independent practice groups, in 27 states and serves around 3,200 providers. It added that one in 50 patients can now access their healthcare providers through its AI agents.
The platform uses patient details, referral information and payer requirements collected during intake to manage subsequent tasks such as outreach and scheduling. According to the company, this allows a single interaction to trigger multiple workflows, including referrals, appointments, prescription refills and payments.
Confido Health said it has recorded 15x growth since its previous funding round and achieved AI handle rates of more than 95% across key end-to-end office workflows.
