Live2.ai, an AI-based social intelligence and commerce activation platform, has raised Rs 130 crore (about $14 million) in a pre-Series B funding round led by IvyCap Ventures. The round comprises primary capital for business growth and a secondary component that provides partial liquidity to early shareholders.
The fresh funds will be used to develop its agentic intelligence layer, expand its go-to-market operations for enterprise and global consumer brands, and strengthen its regional cloud infrastructure across North America, Europe and Asia Pacific, Live2.ai said in a press release.
Co-founded in 2024 by J Venkat, Neha Suyal and Yash Arora, Live2.ai provides a platform that connects social intelligence with campaign execution and commerce activation.
The platform helps brands monitor online conversations, plan and publish social media posts, track performance, manage audits and compliance for influencer and user-generated content, and convert rights-cleared content into shoppable experiences across digital and offline channels.
The Bengaluru-based startup said its platform combines a unified entity graph, multimodal AI and autonomous AI agents. It monitors brand conversations across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, X and review sites to help brands identify trends and inform business decisions.
Live2.ai offers three key capabilities: social intelligence for trend identification and campaign strategy; audit and compliance management for influencer and user-generated content; and social publishing and performance tracking across channels.
The platform also uses eight AI agents, including Crisis Detection, Trend Scout, Campaign Auditor and Autonomous Response, to support tasks across social intelligence, campaign management and customer engagement. These agents operate on a shared entity graph with governance controls and human review.
