GIVA raises over $100 Mn in funding round led by Multiples PE

Multiples Alternate Asset Management, along with its co-investors, has led a $100 million-plus funding round in fine jewellery brand GIVA. The investment will help the company expand its retail network, strengthen manufacturing capabilities and scale its omnichannel presence.

The company plans to expand its retail network to over 1,000 outlets in the next three to five years, according to a press release.

GIVA also raised $28 million in debt in May this year, which could be part of the current round. Entrackr exclusively reported the development.

Founded in 2019 by Ishendra Agarwal, GIVA offers jewellery across sterling silver, gold and lab-grown diamonds. The company operates through its own retail stores, D2C website and third-party e-commerce and quick-commerce platforms.

GIVA currently operates over 400 stores across India and Sri Lanka, with a presence in Tier I and Tier II markets.

The company said it grew at a CAGR of over 70% in the past three years, ending FY26 with revenue of around Rs 865 crore. It will use the fresh capital to strengthen its leadership team, expand manufacturing capabilities and increase its offline presence.

The company has raised over $258 million to date, including Rs 110 crore (around $12 million) in a Series C extension round led by HPV CC1 Ltd in February this year.

While GIVA is yet to file its FY26 financials, its operating revenue grew 89% year-on-year to Rs 518 crore in FY25. Its losses increased 22% to Rs 72 crore during the same period.

GIVA competes with organised jewellery players such as BlueStone, CaratLane, Melorra, Candere and Tanishq, along with newer brands including Palmonas, Jewelbox, Limelight Lab Grown Diamonds, Fiona Diamonds and Firefly Diamonds.
