Enterprise AI startup Shamrock AI raises $5 Mn led by Endiya Partners

Shamrock AI, an enterprise AI startup building an agentic assurance platform for large enterprises, has raised $5 million in a seed funding round led by Endiya Partners, with participation from Capria Ventures.

The funds will be used to accelerate product development, expand the team and scale go-to-market efforts, Shamrock AI said in a press release.

Founded in 2026 by Sarat Addanki, Michael (Mick) Gallagher and Anuraag Nallapati, Shamrock AI is developing a platform to help enterprises deploy AI agents across critical business processes. Its platform uses an Enterprise Business Knowledge Graph to connect business processes, systems, data and configurations.

The company is initially focusing on agentic test lifecycle automation for enterprise resource planning (ERP) transformations, including SAP S/4HANA migrations. It plans to expand into data observability and autonomous business process automation.

Headquartered in Shillong, Shamrock AI claims to serve multiple Fortune 500 companies, including a Fortune 100 AI hardware manufacturer and a Fortune 100 healthcare company.

The startup plans to expand its team across India and the US, with 70% to 80% of its workforce expected to be based in India. It also plans to build a client-facing team in the US and expand its presence in the Middle East.

Shamrock AI’s platform continuously tests and validates business processes to build a representation of how an enterprise operates. The company aims to use this context to support reliable AI agent deployment across enterprise workflows.
