Enterprise AI startup RevRag AI raises $2.5 Mn in seed round

Enterprise AI startup RevRag AI has raised $2.5 million in a seed funding round led by Accion Ventures with Cedar Hill Capital. Wyser and Venture Catalysts also participated in the round.

The Bengaluru-based startup had previously raised $600,000 in a pre-seed funding round led by Powerhouse Ventures in August 2024. It also acquired GenStaq.ai, a modular LLMOps and workflow orchestration startup, in September 2025.

The proceeds will be used to accelerate product development, expand enterprise deployments and support its entry into the US market, RevRag AI said in a press release.

Founded in 2022 by Ashutosh Prakash Singh, Neeraj Gupta and Pankaj Gupta, RevRag AI builds multilingual AI agents that operate within the apps of banks, lenders, fintech and insurtech companies as digital relationship managers.

The platform integrates with financial institutions' workflows to manage customer onboarding, sales and support. The company claims its agents help improve digital adoption, reduce customer drop-offs and drive revenue at up to 70% lower cost.

RevRag AI claims to work with more than 45 financial institutions, including PhonePe, Bajaj Finance, Motilal Oswal, IIFL and Aditya Birla Capital.
