Bengaluru-based Spill Games, an AI-led mobile gaming studio, has raised $10.5 million in a Series A funding round led by Elevation Capital. Existing investors Centre Court Capital and PeerCapital also participated in the round.
The startup had previously raised $3.1 million in a seed round co-led by Centre Court Capital and PeerCapital in April 2026. It also raised $750,000 from All In Capital, M-League and other angel investors in December 2024.
The fresh capital will be used to scale successful games, expand its portfolio, fund user acquisition, strengthen its technology and AI capabilities, and selectively hire talent, Spill Games said in a press release.
Founded in 2024 by former PlaySimple Games operators Om Misra, Tapan Ranjan and Harsh Garg, Spill Games is building a systems-driven approach to game development that combines AI, proprietary technology, data and rapid experimentation. The approach aims to help a small team take game concepts from development to market validation and global scaling faster.
According to the company, its portfolio has grown from three games with scalable and profitable metrics to six in less than three months. It plans to increase the number of games it can test and scale.
At the core of its approach is Compass, a proprietary AI-led engine and tooling layer that integrates analytics, retention, monetisation and live operations. The technology allows Spill Games to reuse infrastructure across titles and shorten the time from concept development to market testing. The company aims to develop games about four times faster than traditional approaches.
