Clean energy deployment platform Two Point O Capital raises $10 Mn led by Transition VC

Two Point O Capital (TW.O), an AI-powered clean energy deployment platform for commercial and industrial (C&I) businesses, has raised $10 million in a funding round led by Transition Venture Capital. Existing investor Omnivore and angel investors Chiranjeev Singh Saluja and Sudhir M Reddy also participated in the round.

The proceeds will be used to expand into battery energy storage systems (BESS) and strengthen its presence in solar energy, energy efficiency and wastewater treatment, the company said in a press release.

Founded in 2024 by Archit Mehrotra, Karan Bhutani, Manya Ranjan and Shashidhar Reddy, TW.O provides sustainable infrastructure solutions to businesses through flexible financing, project ownership, transparent measurement and guaranteed outcomes.

The company works with original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) firms across India. Its clientele includes Premier Energies, Godrej, JK Tyre, Morepen Pharma, Wipro and Phoenix Mills.

TW.O said its assets under management (AUM) have grown 1.5 times every quarter over the past three quarters. The company uses a proprietary artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning platform for solutioning, underwriting and asset monitoring. The platform enables predictive maintenance, risk mitigation and performance optimisation.

According to the company, the C&I segment presents an annual opportunity of $100 billion to $150 billion for customised capital and asset solutions that address clean energy and utility requirements. Such solutions can help businesses reduce operating costs, improve operational resilience and access markets such as the European Union.

O also plans to deepen its presence in energy- and water-intensive sectors, including data centres, automotive, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing and healthcare.
