Zocks Account Opening debuts with direct integration with Schwab Advisor Center®, the custodial platform for the industry’s largest custodian. The new capability also supports the existing account opening systems and approval processes used by larger firms, including proprietary and third-party workflow platforms.
New client onboarding can be a time-consuming and error-prone manual process. Advisors and their teams spend hours gathering client information and manually entering it into multiple systems. When opening new accounts, an estimated one in four applications comes back not in good order (NIGO), creating additional work. These delays can frustrate new clients, cause prospective clients to disengage, and make it harder for firms to scale without adding operational resources.
Zocks Account Opening eliminates much of this manual work by automatically gathering data and validating the accuracy of applications before they’re submitted. It pulls client information captured from intake meetings, along with data and processed documents from connected CRM systems, so advisors aren’t re-entering data they already have. This helps firms:
“One of the biggest ways we can help firms grow is by bringing on new clients faster without sacrificing accuracy,” said Mark Gilbert, CEO and Co-founder of Zocks. “We built Zocks Account Opening to pull in data from conversations and other sources, streamlining onboarding processes for both small and large firms.
