Valon Hits $2.3 Billion Valuation as Mortgage Servicers Swap Mainframes for AI

The round doubled Valon’s valuation to $2.3 billion, according to the release. The company’s previous round was an October 2024 Series C in which it raised $100 million.

Valon will use the new funding to expand its engineering, product, deployment and go-to-market teams, accelerate product development and move more servicers onto its ValonOS platform and AI agents, the release said.

“For 60 years, mortgage servicing has run on aging mainframe systems, and every regulatory change has compounded technical debt and increased costs,” Valon Co-Founder and CEO Andrew Wang said in the release. “That is no longer the only option. ValonOS is the operating system the industry is moving onto, and this financing lets us bring it, and the AI agents that run on it, to every servicer in the country.”

ValonOS provides a single operating system for loan data, investor reporting, operational workflows, compliance logic and money movement. The platform’s AI agents answer homeowner emails, allocate payments, run escrow analyses and perform other mortgage servicing tasks, according to the release.
