[Update] Moneyview IPO Subscribed 1.44X At End Of Day 1

Moneyview’s ₹1,092 Cr IPO was subscribed 1.44X at the end of the first day of bidding, with investors placing bids for 33.49 Cr shares against 23.25 Cr shares on offer.

Non-institutional investors (NIIs) led the demand, with their reserved portion subscribed 2.43X. The category received bids for 12.20 Cr shares against 5.02 Cr shares on offer.

Within the NII category, the portion for bids exceeding ₹10 Lakh was subscribed 2.03X, while the segment for bids between ₹2 Lakh and ₹10 Lakh was subscribed 3.22X.

The portion reserved for retail investors was subscribed 1.79X, receiving bids for 20.95 Cr shares against 11.72 Cr shares on offer.

However, qualified institutional buyers’ (QIBs) category remained undersubscribed at 0.05X. It received bids for 33.71 Lakh shares against 6.51 Cr shares on offer.

Digital lender Moneyview’s ₹1,092 Cr IPO was subscribed 65% by 12:48 IST on the first day of bidding today. The public issue received bids for 15.19 Cr shares against 23.25 Cr shares on offer, according to BSE data.

Retail investors led the demand, placing bids for 10.89 Cr shares against the 11.72 Cr shares reserved for them. This translated into a subscription of 93%.

The portion reserved for non-institutional investors (NIIs) was subscribed 85%, receiving bids for 4.29 Cr shares against 5.02 Cr shares on offer. Within the category, the portion reserved for investors bidding between ₹2 Lakh and ₹10 Lakh was subscribed 1.33 times. Meanwhile, the portion for bids exceeding ₹10 Lakh was subscribed 62%.
