Snappy Kraken unveils Snappy AI for financial advisors

Snappy Kraken, a marketing technology firm serving the financial services sector, has introduced Snappy AI.

The tool acts as an AI marketing operations coworker that helps financial advisors and their marketing teams review campaign performance, find weak points in follow-up and decide on their next moves.

Snappy AI sits inside the Snappy Kraken platform and runs on Claude. It looks at an advisor’s authorised campaign activity, audiences, outcomes and account configuration, then combines this with Snappy Kraken’s own marketing knowledge to give guidance tailored to that account.

To safeguard personally identifiable information (PII), the tool does not pull individual contact names, email addresses or other personal details at the contact level. Existing user permissions determine which accounts it can reach.

The tool is also read-only, a choice made with the compliance requirements of advisors and firms in mind. It can analyse data, make recommendations and offer guidance, but it has no ability to launch campaigns, publish content or alter account settings. Snappy Kraken intends to add capabilities over time as part of a wider AI roadmap focused on advisor workflows.

The company’s State of Digital & AI 2026 report shows how easily opportunities can go unnoticed. The report drew on aggregated, anonymised data from more than 9,000 financial advisors. It found that advisors with linked CRM systems and real-time contact syncing saw about three to four times more engagement, yet only around a quarter had actually connected their CRM. In addition, about 80% of advisors distributed market updates, but only about 20% followed up with prospects through nurture campaigns.
