Revolut Confirms US$115 Billion Valuation Amid Global Banking Expansion

Revolut has reached a US$115 billion valuation after a year of banking launches and regulatory approvals across several markets.

The UK-based fintech confirmed the completion of its latest secondary share sale.

The transaction was led by investors including Glade Brook Capital Partners, Coatue, Durable Capital Partners and Baillie Gifford, alongside accounts advised by T. Rowe Price Associates.

Both existing and new investors participated, although Revolut did not disclose the value of shares sold.

The valuation represents a more than 53 percent increase from the US$75 billion established through a share sale in November 2025.

Reports in July had already indicated that Revolut was targeting a US$115 billion valuation.

Revolut reported a 46 percent increase in revenue to US$6 billion (£4.5 billion) in 2025, while pre-tax profit rose 57 percent to US$2.3 billion (£1.7 billion).

Revolut launched banks in the UK, Mexico, Australia and New Zealand in 2026. It also secured banking licences in France, Colombia and Argentina.

Revolut received conditional approval for a national bank charter from the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) in the US.

The company already has banking operations across 30 markets in the European Economic Area.

“Every bank we launch means more people get a better way to manage their money, wherever they live. Our team makes that happen, and employee ownership has been central to our culture from day one.

That’s why we’ve once again given them the chance to share in the value they’ve created, as we work towards our next milestone of serving 100 million customers.”
