RealVantage secures Hong Kong licence to expand wealth reach

Singapore-based RealVantage is expanding its presence in Asia’s wealth management market after securing regulatory approval to distribute private real estate investment products to professional investors in Hong Kong.

The company’s Hong Kong subsidiary, RV HK Limited, received a Type 1 (Dealing in Securities) licence from the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) in September 2026. Registered under CE No. BXH385, the approval allows the business to deal in collective investment schemes, subject to conditions restricting its services to professional investors.

The licence gives RealVantage a regulated presence in two major Asian financial centres, following its established operations in Singapore. The group plans to use Hong Kong as a base to develop relationships with family offices, external asset managers, private wealth intermediaries and other professional investors, while broadening its distribution network across the region.

Through RV HK Limited, eligible investors will be able to access collective investment schemes targeting private real estate opportunities, subject to the relevant offering terms and regulatory requirements.

The group will divide responsibilities between its Singapore and Hong Kong operations. RealVantage’s wider business will continue to oversee investment sourcing, due diligence, deal structuring and asset management, while the Hong Kong subsidiary will focus on regulated distribution and local investor relationships.

Founded in Singapore in 2019, RealVantage has completed 171 real estate investments, of which 54 have been fully exited. Its platform combines investment expertise, real estate partnerships and in-house technology to connect investors with private property opportunities in developed markets.

The company offers both debt and equity investments through individual transactions and professionally managed structures.
