PropHub Announces Strategic Venture Round to Scale Brokerage Composability

PropHub (“PropHub”), a specialist technology provider to brokerages, proprietary trading firms, and crypto platforms, announced a strategic venture round led by Merchant Seven (“M7”) and a group of private investors. Financing will fund growing PropHub’s product suite, advancing its go-to-market functions, and accelerate international adoption.

“Composability is where the trading industry is heading,” said Gabriel Kassouf, CEO of PropHub. “The next generation of platform builders will assemble their businesses from best-in-class components, across both traditional and on-chain markets. We want PropHub to be the layer that makes that next frontier possible.”

Launching a brokerage, prop firm, or trading platform has traditionally meant assembling front ends, dashboards, CRM, back office, risk tooling, payments, and reporting from a patchwork of providers, then maintaining every integration in between. PropHub replaces that patchwork with a single modular stack of products and features. Operators can start on a single toolset, or commission a fully customized turnkey build, and every product is exposed through consolidated REST and WebSocket APIs.

PropHub’s founders, Gabriel Kassouf, Felipe Vella, CPO, and Rafael Viveiros, CTO, have worked in the trading and investing space for over a decade each, bringing first-hand experience running trading operations day to day. The experience helped them craft a product suite that operators can use on day one.

“We spent years on the operator side of the business, and we know how much time and capital goes into technology that should simply work,” added Kassouf. “Brokers, props, and exchanges shouldn’t have to stitch together a dozen vendors to serve their clients.
