Maxio and Campfire Announce Partnership and Native Billing-to-ERP Integration

Maxio, the billing automation and revenue management platform, and Campfire, the AI-native ERP, announced a partnership to deliver a modern finance stack built for B2B SaaS and AI companies. With this integration, finance teams that run Campfire can connect to Maxio so customers, invoices, payments and revenue entries move into their books automatically, without any manual entry or custom build.

Finance teams shouldn’t have to choose between pricing that fits how customers buy and books that close on time. With Campfire connected, a team can manage entitlements, meter and bill usage, seats or a hybrid of both and see every invoice in the ledger.

Without a connection between billing and the ledger, finance teams move billing data by hand or build and maintain a custom workaround. That means entering the same invoices twice and reconciling more at month-end. Mid-contract upgrades, changing usage and hybrid pricing make all of it more complicated.

Maxio settles that pricing complexity before it reaches the books, so Campfire starts from finished invoices and revenue entries. Everything syncs to Campfire automatically, so revenue is already in the ledger when the close begins and both systems show the same receivables.

Maxio runs billing and revenue operations, including payments, collections, and more than 150 SaaS metrics. Campfire runs accounting and the close. The integration connects them in three steps (connect, map and sync) with no middleware.

“Finance teams shouldn’t have to choose between pricing that fits how customers buy and books that close on time,” said Branden Jenkins, CEO at Maxio.
