GXS Bank Names Harikrishnan Raguraman as Chief Technology Officer

GXS Bank has appointed Harikrishnan Raguraman as Chief Technology Officer (CTO), according to an announcement he shared on LinkedIn.

Raguraman takes on the role following several senior technology positions at the Grab and Singtel-backed digital bank.

In June 2025, Bernama identified him as Head of Enterprise Technology, Gen AI and Tech Strategy at executive director level, The Vibes reported.

Snowflake’s event listings from the same year also identified him as Head of Engineering Data, AI and Enterprise Tech at GXS Bank.

Speaking to Bernama, Raguraman said most companies initially focus on improving employee productivity when adopting AI.

His appointment comes during a year of leadership changes at GXS Bank.

In January, GXS Bank revealed that Chief Data Officer Geraldine Wong and Group Head of Business Banking Vishal Shah would leave at the end of February 2026.

An internal email cited in the report also outlined plans for engineering, data and product teams across GXS Group and Grab to collaborate more closely as both companies align their financial services operations.
