Goodeve, a new investment platform awaiting its launch in Latvia, has chosen Flagright to handle its anti-money laundering (AML) and fraud prevention work before its first clients arrive.
The agreement gives Goodeve’s compliance team a single system for judging customer risk, tracking platform activity and examining alerts. Keeping these tasks in one place should let the team hold a documented record of client profiles and of how funds flow across the platform.
Through Flagright, Goodeve will track account top-ups, trades involving financial instruments and withdrawals in real time, using controls it can adjust.
It will also check individual and corporate clients, along with relevant counterparties, against sanctions lists, politically exposed person registers and adverse media sources. Customer risk ratings will update as behaviour and exposure shift, through dynamic risk scoring.
Alerts will be handled in a central case management workspace, where AI-generated case narratives and entity mapping help investigators trace connected activity. Goodeve can also test rules against historical data before switching them on, with quality assurance checks and complete audit trails keeping reviews consistent and recorded.
Goodeve is run by SIA IBC INVEST, a Latvian investment brokerage holding a licence from Latvijas Banka. The platform is being designed to give investors access to loan-backed financial instruments, and the company intends to widen its product range over time. Latvia will be its first market, with other European Union countries to follow.
Goodeve CEO Ieva Narbute said, “We want Goodeve to make investing easier to understand and straightforward to use. That starts with doing the work behind the scenes properly.
