dxFeed, a global provider of market data and financial technology solutions, highlighted dxScript as a modular scripting solution for indicator creators, fintech companies, brokers, and trading technology providers looking to build custom analytics and strategies into their own platforms.
The opportunity comes as the market for commercial trading indicators undergoes significant change. From November 1, 2026, TradingView will require commercial access to invite-only scripts to be distributed through its Marketplace, with external sales of access to those scripts no longer permitted.
For indicator businesses, the change brings a broader question into focus: should commercial trading tools live inside someone else’s platform, or can creators build and control the product experience themselves?
Building an independent trading product has traditionally presented a significant technical challenge. User interfaces, payments, charting, market data, and other capabilities can increasingly be assembled from specialized technology components. Developing and maintaining a proprietary scripting environment, however, requires a very different level of expertise and investment.

dxScript addresses that gap
Unlike scripting languages designed exclusively as part of a complete trading platform, dxScript can be integrated as a standalone building block into an existing product. Businesses can add the ability to create and run custom indicators and strategies without replacing their existing platform or building a scripting language and its supporting infrastructure from scratch.
This approach gives indicator businesses and fintech companies greater flexibility over how their products are built, distributed, and presented to customers.
