DepositLink, a leading digital payments platform built specifically for the real estate industry, announced the successful launch of Payment Authorization with Keller Williams GO Network, Keller Williams’ largest franchisee. The new capability allows one administrator to create an outgoing payment while requiring a separate authorized administrator to review and approve it before funds are released.
Payment Authorization was developed in collaboration with KW GO Network to support its financial controls and compliance protocols. The workflow provides a clear separation of duties while allowing finance and operations teams to continue managing payments within the DepositLink platform. Administrators retain visibility into the payment process, and payments cannot be released until the required authorization is complete.
Payment Authorization also provides a complete audit trail, recording who created each payment, who reviewed and approved it, and when each step was completed—giving finance and operations teams greater accountability.

KW GO Network now uses Payment Authorization for all outgoing payments made through DepositLink, and the feature has integrated smoothly into the team’s existing payment workflow.
“DepositLink’s Payment Authorization feature has been a home run for KW GO Network. It fits our protocol and compliance needs while giving our team the oversight we require without making the payment process more complicated. DepositLink listened closely to what we needed and delivered a solution our administrators have been able to adopt successfully.”
“When GO Network told us they needed two-person approval on outgoing payments, we built it with them, not just for them.
