BGL Welcomes Lauren Clark as a Managing Director to Lead Digital Infrastructure

Brown Gibbons Lang & Company (BGL), a leading independent investment bank and financial advisory firm, is pleased to announce the addition of Lauren Clark as a Managing Director within its Infrastructure vertical. In her role, Lauren will lead the firm’s investment banking coverage in Digital Infrastructure, spanning fiber networks, wireless towers, data centers, and related sectors.

Lauren joins BGL at a time of dynamic growth across the digital infrastructure sector, as rising data center demand, expanding connectivity needs, and continued investment in wireless and wireline networks reinforce the sector’s critical role in supporting the modern economy. BGL continues to invest in its coverage and capabilities across the sector, building on its experience advising companies and financial sponsors in navigating the evolving demand for connectivity, data capacity, and communications infrastructure.

Lauren has 15 years of investment banking experience focused on the digital infrastructure and telecommunication sectors. Prior to joining BGL, Lauren was a Managing Director at RBC Capital Markets, where she advised clients across wireless carriers, towers, fiber, cable, ILECs, fixed wireless, in-building DAS, small cell, and satellite operators.
