Xpeng to report Q3 results on November 16 after record quarterly deliveries

Xpeng (NYSE: XPEV) will report its unaudited financial results for the third quarter of 2026 before US markets open on Monday, November 16, after deliveries reached a quarterly record.

Management will host an earnings call at 7:00 am US Eastern Time on November 16, or 8:00 pm Beijing Time the same day, the company said in a statement on November 2.

Xpeng delivered a record 118,390 vehicles in the third quarter, up 2.05% year-on-year and 14.61% from the second quarter, according to data compiled by CnEVPost.

Deliveries fell within the guidance range of 115,000 to 121,000 vehicles issued in August, slightly above the midpoint of 118,000.

On August 24, the company forecast third-quarter revenue of 21.7 billion yuan ($3.23 billion) to 23.4 billion yuan, representing year-on-year growth of 6.47% to 14.81%.

The recovery in sales has yet to fully translate into improved profitability. Xpeng's second-quarter revenue rose 8.0% year-on-year to 19.74 billion yuan, while its net loss widened 179% to 1.34 billion yuan.

Overall gross margin rose to 20.7% in the second quarter, but vehicle margin stood at 12.1%, down from 14.3% a year earlier. The company attributed the decline to product transitions.

As the fourth quarter began, Xpeng delivered 50,237 vehicles in October, surpassing 50,000 for the first time. Deliveries rose 19.57% year-on-year and 21.77% month-on-month, according to data compiled by CnEVPost.

The company is rolling out new models to drive year-end sales growth. The Mona L05 launched in China on October 29 , with large-scale nationwide deliveries beginning on November 1.
