Price reduction after update: Volkswagen Anhui (a joint venture between VW and the JAC Group) has revised its ID. Unyx 06 and ID. Unyx 07 models and is now offering them at a lower price on the Chinese market. This makes the ID. Unyx 07 the first BEV model from VW in China to cost less than 100,000 Yuan (~€13,300 euros).
Just a few months after the market launch of the ID. Unyx 06 and ID. Unyx 07, VW Anhui – the joint venture between Volkswagen and the JAC Group – has updated both China-specific models. The update includes the introduction of a LiDAR-based driver assistance system that enables autonomous driving, parking, and manoeuvring in urban environments.
Additionally, both vehicles now feature a new 77.5-kWh battery pack, increasing their maximum CLTC ranges to up to 630 km for the ID. Unyx 06 and 670 km for the ID. Unyx 07.
With this update, VW has also drastically reduced the prices of the ID. Unyx 06 and 07. The current prices are 20,000 Yuan lower than the list prices at their market launch in May 2026. As a result, the electric sedan ID. Unyx 07 now starts at 109,900 Yuan (~€14,630) and, depending on the trim, spans four variants up to 149,900 Yuan (~€19,955). The SUV coupé ID. Unyx 06 is offered in three variants, starting at 129,900 Yuan (~€17,290), while the top version costs 169,900 Yuan (~€22,620).
Additionally: Volkswagen Anhui is offering further discounted promotional prices as part of China’s popular ‘Double 11’ shopping festival.
