Bugatti has spent a century building cars that cost more than most houses. Now it wants to build the house itself. The brand is putting its name on a 60-story tower rising from the Miami River in Brickell, its first branded residential project anywhere in the United States.
Bugatti Residences Miami will hold 183 residences, including four signature penthouses, developed by Prosper Group and Belgium's Versluys Group at 75 SW Miami Avenue Road. Sales are scheduled to launch in 2027.
The site sits on more than 300 feet of Miami River frontage with a clear run toward Biscayne Bay, one of the last waterfront parcels left in Brickell. Developers reportedly paid $50 million for the one-acre lot before construction costs were even factored in, according to The Real Deal.
The finished development carries an approximate value of $650 million for the entire 60-story tower, which works out to roughly $3.6 million per residence on a simple average, though Bugatti has not confirmed individual pricing.
Brandon Haw Architecture designed the building's shell, while Yabu Pushelberg handled interiors, splitting the tower into four distinct blocks separated by double-height gaps.
Brickell has become something of a proving ground for automakers chasing real estate margins alongside horsepower. Bugatti now joins that list, following towers already branded by rivals in the same stretch of waterfront, including the Pagani and Aston Martin Residences a few blocks away.
Bugatti calls its design language "Art, Forme, Technique," the same phrase the automaker uses to describe how a Chiron or the W16 Mistral gets shaped, and it is now applying that logic to hallways and lobbies instead of carbon-fiber tubs.
