Vection Technologies has signed a five-year reciprocal reseller agreement with Xerox, giving each company the right to sell selected products from the other's portfolio.
Under the non-exclusive agreement, Vection can resell Xerox document and workflow products, while Xerox can offer Vection's Algho AI platform, AI avatars, kiosks, and XR and 3D products to its enterprise customers. The deal does not include committed volumes or minimum revenue commitments.
The first target sectors are manufacturing and defence, healthcare, and retail. Sales, presales, and solution architecture teams from both companies will work together to identify opportunities, with commercial terms set on a deal-by-deal basis.
The combined offer brings together Xerox's content capture, intelligent document processing, and workflow tools with Vection's AI software and customer-facing systems. The products are intended to help organisations turn paper and digital documents into searchable knowledge, automated workflows, and AI-based customer interactions.
Potential uses include customer service, knowledge management, retail execution, and service operations. Unlike a standard supplier-channel relationship, the agreement gives both companies reseller rights rather than placing one solely in a vendor role.
For Vection, the agreement adds to a recent run of contract wins tied to its Algho AI business. It entered FY27 with more than $10.6 million in new contracted value after the close of the previous reporting period.
5 million three-year framework agreement with Swiss smart-city company URBANnext. 5 million in contracts across new enterprise sectors.
