THG Raises 2026 Profit Forecast as Nutrition Business Drives Growth

THE WHAT? British e-commerce group THG has forecast full-year 2026 adjusted core profit above market expectations, supported by strong performance in its nutrition business and improving raw material costs.

THE DETAILS THG expects adjusted core profit of £103 million for 2026, exceeding analyst expectations of £101.7 million, sending its shares up as much as 10 percent in early trading. Third-quarter revenue increased 1.5 percent to £408.8 million, with its nutrition division growing 5.3 percent to £152.4 million. Lower whey protein prices have improved purchasing conditions, with the company securing more favourable supply costs for the fourth quarter and early 2027. THG is also implementing measures to offset changes to EU duties and tariffs, while maintaining its target of achieving its first year of positive free cash flow since its stock market listing.
